Picture Book Illustration

I generally charge per page so that the client can control the costs by adjusting the details per page.

My fees range from $200-$350 per page.

My process is as follows:
1) I will first ask you for your manuscript, page-by-page illustration notes, and visual references. If you don’t have ideas for every page, don’t worry, I’ll be able to help you. At this stage, I just want to see your vision 🙂
2) Once we finish the notes, I will proceed to the sketches. You will get 2 free revisions per illustration (3 for the Premium package).
3) Once you approve the sketches, I will proceed to the final color drafts. If you still have one revision left, you can use it for this stage for each illustration.
4) Once the final illustrations have been approved, I’ll proceed to the cover and layout. You have 2 free revisions for each of these as well.
5) Once the illustrations, cover, and layout are complete, I’ll deliver high res 300 dpi files in CMYK format, along with the print-ready PDFs of the cover and interior layout.
